Meir Stolear's specialised services include one to one and group CBT therapy, CBT for eating disorders, relationship counselling and Bereavement counselling. The main CBT model that Meir is using in his practice is the Albert Ellis's Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT).
As well as support when you need it most sessions will aim to equip you with very important CBT self-help skills. As long as these skills are used you will have the tools which can help you to maintain good mental health all your life.
